I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Melissa and Pop of Color! When I met Melissa at our trial, I knew her energy was what I wanted on my wedding day: positivity, calm, just a great presence. Melissa really listened to what I wanted for my makeup look, and I think she really gets how to do wedding makeup that looks formal and beautiful in photos but also not crazy really close up through all the hugging! On my wedding day Melissa and her team were wonderful to spend time with - all my bridesmaids loved their makeup and everyone looked so gorgeous. Melissa also made sure we all had our makeup done on time according to schedule. We're so happy we went with Pop of Color!

My makeup lasted all day long!
Recently I was married and hired pop of color for hair for my bridesmaids and makeup for my bridesmaids, family members, and myself. Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic and such a joy to work with!!! My makeup lasted all day long and didn’t smudge at all! I am not a person who wears makeup and she was so great about finding a perfect natural look for my wedding day. If anyone is looking for a makeup artist I would HIGHLY suggest Elizabeth with pop of color!

They were so easy to get a hold of, and super flexible! They made the whole engagement period such a breeze, as I was able to do bridal portraits before the wedding day AND bring my mom AND sister for makeup trials before wedding weekend. Their professionalism, timeliness, flexibility and calm demeanors really made for a bride's dream on her wedding day! So thankful for you both! Pop of Color is a no brainer for Asheville
If you are getting married in the Asheville area, Pop of Color is a no brainer. I reached out to many other hair/makeup stylists and Melissa was by far the best. This is a one stop shop. Savannah did an incredible job on our hair. She was fast and super talented. Talicia did our makeup. As soon as Talicia walked into the room and I saw her flawless beautiful skin I knew we were in good hands. You can tell she’s a perfectionist and I’m still getting emails from wedding guests asking what was that “glowing blush” she put on my cheeks. Lots of things on our wedding night went wrong except for our hair and makeup. I can’t reccomend these women enough.

Multicultural wedding weekend Success!
Melissa was AMAZING and not only did a phenomenal job with my July 29th wedding make up, but was so fun to hang out with pretty much my entire wedding weekend. My husband and I had multicultural wedding weekend so I needed make up for 3 different events. Melissa was there for each one with a smile on her face and the best attitude which was such a joy! My mom and I got so many compliments - I'm just afraid I'll never look as good as I did that day. I can't way enough good things but am so grateful she was part of my wedding team!

Perfectly on Schedule
We booked Savannah for hair only for my wedding on 9/16. She was at our hotel right on time and knocked out everyone's hair right on scheduled and everyone loved the work Savannah did!
